Cancellation Policy

For cancellation, please contact us at Cybelle.contact.us@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. You can cancel your order for no reason within 24 hours after placing your order, and we will issue a full refund for your order, minus 5% of your order as a service fee for the transaction. 

We offer this 24-hour window as each piece is made to order and this process begins immediately. We will not accept cancellation after 24 hours as we have already prepared your package! However, an exception can of course be made if due to a delay of some kind the preparation for your order has not yet started at the time. Please note that an order is not considered canceled until you receive a confirmation email confirming your cancellation.
